Shatterline is a new game out in Steam and it’s a Free-To-Play First-Person Shooter game that offers the players a bunch of game modes. From coop modes to PvP, Team Death match, plant the bomb and many more, this game has it all. The game can look amazing as well with great graphics, particle effects and so on to test your hardware out. Some of these graphics can be quite challenging though for older computers and for some people that can handle them they still want to get as much FPS as possible, so in this guide we’ll show you the best settings for Shatterline.
Best Settings Guide For Shatterline
FPS in FPS games, mind the pun, can be the thing that might get you killed if you have low FPS in those gunfights you get yourself into. That’s why it’s great to have as much FPS as possible since you’ll need to be in a surplus when things get hectic on the screen. So here are some tips on how to boost your FPS in the game.
First are in-game settings. The Display modes can vary for some people. Some systems play games well in Fullscreen, while others like it more at Windowed or borderless window. So test that out first if you get a chance. Vertical Synchronization is something that should be off if you want to have as much FPS as possible, since Vsync caps the game to a frame limit.
If you don’t mind lowering the looks of the game, setting the Quality settings to low can help out a lot. One of the first things you should lower or turn off is Water Quality, Lens Flare and Screen Space Reflections. These are just little things you won’t notice in the game.
Outside of the game you can also type in “Graphics Settings” on your search bar. You’ll find the Windows Graphics Settings where you can turn on Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. This will improve performance on some systems though you will need to restart your PC to change the settings.
Congratulations you now know some of the tips on maximizing your FPS in Shatterline. Now go out there and fiddle around the settings to see what’s the best.
