Treasure Pods are scattered all over the world of Slime Ranch 2, but finding all of them can be tough. Sometimes there are 14 Treasure Pods located in one area. Other times, there are 24 pods in one area as well. In this case, we only have to find 14 Treasure Pods in Rainbow Fields. While not exactly a bigger number than 24, it is still pretty big, and very time consuming. That’s why we created this guide to help you find these Treasure Pod locations easier, so you don’t have to waste time finding them on your own.
All 14 Treasure Pod Locations In Rainbow Fields – Slime Rancher 2
The first Treasure Pod on the list is a pod containing a Tank Liner item. You can use this item at the Fabricator to upgrade your Tank Guard. You can find this pod hidden behind a locked entrance here (refer to the image above).
To open the locked entrance, you’re going to have to shoot a Tabby Plort into the mouth of this little guy. This will open up the locked entrance, which you then use to open the Treasure Pod.
The next item on the list is the Hydro Turret Treasure Pod. You can find this pod near the body of water here (refer to the image above for visualization on the map).
Once you’re in the area, jump on to the brown part of the ground that’s on the other side. Follow the path and it should lead you to the Treasure Pod that contains the Hydro Turret, which is a defensive cannon that automatically targets tarr and sprays them with water.
For the next Treasure Pod, you don’t have to go anywhere else. Look up, and you should see a platform with a cave entrance. Jump up and get in the cave. Continue onwards until you make your way to the other exit of the cave that leads outside.
Once you reach the cave exit, look up to your left and you should see a rock platform that has a Treasure Pod tucked away in the corner. This pod contains Goldpetal Flowers, which is just a cosmetic item.
The next Treasure Pod is the one containing the Small Boulder item. Head to the area here on the map and go right.
Follow this path here that leads to a jump to a platform on a rock.
Once you make it on to the giant rock, you will encounter some large bunny slimes. Look to your left and you should see a small hill that leads up to the peak of the rock.
Jump on to some rocks until you reach the Treasure Pod. This will contain the Small Boulder blueprint. It’s just a small boulder, but at least it’s bigger than a pebble.
The next item in the Treasure Pod is the Heart Cell. Using the image above, go to this spot first.
Facing the hordes of slimes in front of you with a statue of a slime with its mouth open, go right and up the path. Take the first right until you see a jump that leads to another part of the map.
Instead of doing the jump, head to the edge on the left and look down. You should see the Treasure Pod tucked away in a hidden corner. Opening the pod, you get the Heart Cell, which is an upgrade for your Heart Module.
Moving down the list, we will now focus our attention to the Treasure Pod containing the Large Pink Bonsai.
From the starting area in the first image, head up this slope. You will then have to take a left and jump a gap that leads to another part of the map.
Go under the arch and look to your left, and you should see the Treasure Pod on the side of the rock. Opening it will give you the Large Pink Bonsai, which is pretty much another cosmetic item.
In the same spot, look at the trees above you and jump up using your jetpack. Use them to get to the next Treasure Pod that’s near the previous one.
Afterwards, jump onto this rock ledge and move to the next tree branch on the other side, then jump onto that again.
Look back and you should see a series of tree branches. They will be your pathway to the top of the rock.
Near the top of the rock, you will reach a ledge. The Treasure Pod is on this ledge, so don’t try to go to the top of the rock. Opening the Treasure Pod will get you a #1 Slime Stage, which is another cosmetic item.
Moving on to the next area on this part of the map, we will be getting the Treasure Pod with the Rock Fragments inside the Treasure Pod.
First step is getting on this ledge. You will need to get on a rock to get some altitude before jetpacking your way to the rock platform.
Jump up to the path and make your way down here. Keep going forward until you reach a large area with a structure in the middle.
Look over the edge and you should see a path on some rocks on the other side. Jetpack your way to the other side and land on the rock.
Go around it and you should see the Treasure Pod here. This contains the cosmetic item, Rock Fragments. Not much to say. They’re rocks.
In the same area, jump to the side where you can see a path to a cave entrance. Enter the cave and head right.
You should see the Treasure Pod in between some corals. This pod contains the Pink Warp Depot, which is actually pretty useful if you want to transfer resources.
The next item is the Power Chip, which you can find in the Treasure Pod in this area.
Jump off the side of the area and go down this path. On the right is a cave.
Go deep into the cave and you should see the Treasure Pod here. This will give you the Power Chip, which you can use to upgrade your Power Core.
In the south west side of Rainbow Fields lies another Treasure Pod. Here, you can get a Med Station.
Go down the path and you will have to choose between going left or right. Go left but immediately look to your left and face the wall. You should see the Treasure Pod with the Med Station item.
The next item on the list is the Emerald Cypress. The Treasure Pod can be found in this location here.
Go down this path and you should see a little cave with the Treasure Pod sitting in the corner.
Go inside and open it to get the Emerald Cypress, which is another cosmetic item.
We now only have 2 Treasure Pods left, and this one contains the Overjoyed Statue Item.
Head on to this piece of rock formation with a slope on it and climb it up.
The pod is at the top, and opening it will get you the Overjoyed Statue cosmetic.
The last Treasure Pod contains the Emerald Cypress Cluster, and can be found here.
Make your way through the area until you reach the back, where you can see a slope that goes down and a rock. Go behind the rock and you will finally find the Emerald Cypress Cluster pod.
