Slime Rancher’s slimes and Gordo’s are all based on real life things and animals. The Ringtail Gordo is based on the raccoon, the Cotton Slime is based on the adorable little bunnies, and the Fire Slime is based on, well, fire. However, there are some slimes that are based on actually horrifying stuff. Like the Angler Gordo and Angler Slime. If you don’t know what an Anglerfish is, Google it real quick and come back. Scary, right? But in Slime Rancher 2, they are pretty adorable. With that said, the Gordo version is hiding something that we need to find out.
Angler Gordo Location – Slime Rancher 2
The Angler Gordo is located in Starlight Strand. You can find its icon in the image above. It is also located next to the Ringtail Gordo, if you plan on getting that next.
The Angler Gordo opens a shortcut that leads you to another part of the area much faster. To be able to use it, you need to feed this creature Gordo 50 Meat or 25 Sea Hen. Once the big guy blows up into tiny little Anglers, then you can use the shortcut.
