There’s nothing like getting end game gear in a video game. Whether it’s the best gear or weapons you can find in an MMO or the highest they’re of things you can craft in a survival crafting game. Getting to end game makes you feel good, like reaching the final stretch of a race or one final push in a battle.
In Smalland you know you’re in the end game if you get yourself your own tamed Damselfly, the only flying mount in the game so far. In this guide we’ll show you how to get this end game mount!
How To Tame A DamselFly In Smalland: Survive The Wilds
At this point in Smalland you should know this by know but for those who don’t, you’ll need the right kind of bait to tame certain creatures in the game. Some of these baits can be unlocked through certain quests given by the different NPCs in the game. Often time these quests include killing certain enemies that are usually difficult to defeat.
For the Damselfly you’ll need the Damselfly Treat, and this is how you get it.
First off, you’ll need to fight what should the be final boss enemy in the game right now which is the King Stag Beetle. You’ll get access to this final boss as you progress through the story and reach the ending. This boss can be found in the southeastern part of the map near the ruins, inside a cave near some Hornets.
This boss can be tough to fight but like any beetle it’s best to deal blunt damage to it since piercing and edge damage won’t be effective.
Once you defeat the King Stag Beetle it’ll drop an item called the “Ancient Clover Seal.” With the item acquired you’ll then need to talk to the Elder and use the item to unlock the Healing Potion Recipe (half).
You’ll also unlock the Damselfly treat recipe in the same quest!
The Damselfly Treat can then be made in an Oven, and it’ll need 3 Firefly Juice, 1 Petal and 2 Seed Oil.
Congratulations you now know how to tame a Damselfly in Smalland. Now go out there and try to get one so you can fly around the game!
