You will need to go to this location on the far right of the map. It will be the lighthouse so you can’t miss it. Enter the building from the main entrance. The item will not be inside the building itself, you will have to remember this.

Walk outside the lighthouse by using the back entrance. There will be a small little balcony with some barbed wire fences on top of the stone fences. You will spot this little location as shown in the picture above. Those right there are the Binoculars, which is the hidden item you’re looking for.

After you have made your travel all the way across the spiral dirt road which goes left and right, you’ll get to the big underground entrance. Just before this entrance on your left-hand side is where you’ll spot a bunker with the number 350 written on it.

Enter it and right next to the very entrance, on the left side of it, you’ll see a pickable item. That’s the secret Military Flash or the hidden item that you’re looking for.
