Hidden Items are one of the collectible types you can find as you play through the main campaign in Sniper Elite: Resistance.

As the name implies, these are a random assortment of items that are hidden in fairly random spots in every mission in the game. Every single mission has at least 3 Hidden Items for you to find, giving a total of 22 across 8 campaign missions. Finding them all on your own would be maddening, but you have us to help!

In this guide, we’ll tell you the locations for all 22 Hidden Items in Sniper Elite: Resistance.

All 22 Hidden Items | Sniper Elite: Resistance

Mission 2: Dead Drop

La Résistance

You can find our first of all 22 Hidden Items in Sniper Elite: Resistance early at the start of the mission. After you get out of the starting tunnel, check the wall to the southeast to find this Propaganda Poster. It’ll be by the stairs there. A loud paper sound effect will help you know that you’re close, so use your ears to help you as well!

Do note that we’ll be using the full map’s topmost point as our north and not the minimap’s compass in this entire guide. They aren’t matched in this game, but we find the full map much more reliable than the minimap.

Police Report #222

You can find this Hidden Item and the following 2 in the Grand Library. That’s the large building on the northeastern part of the mission area. These are all part of the “recover the stolen resistance documents” optional objective. Go to the westernmost edge of the building to find this document on a small table next to a bookshelf.

Police Report #223

In the same library building as the previous Hidden Item, go up to the northernmost part of the second floor. This will take you to a room with a large table. Look north from the large table and you’ll find this document on top of a small table in the dark part of the room.

Police Report #224

Just like the previous ones, this is another stolen resistance document. This is the last of the stolen files you need to recover in the Grand Library. This one is on the southern side of the building on the bottom floor. For reference, it’s in the small room past the statue at the main entrance.

Mission 3: Sonderzüge Sabotage

Le Sniper

You can get this Propapanga Poster Hidder Item fairly close to the mission start. There’s a building with an optional objective on the side of the river you start on. Go northwest from that building and go into the alley there. You’ll find the poster on the western building’s wall in the alley.

Resistance Flag

Remember that building with the optional objective we mentioned before? The one on the starting side of the river? Well, that’s the Resistance Storage building and it’s time to go inside it. Make your way to the storage room on the northwestern side of the second floor. You’ll find the Resistance Flag on top of a crate there.

Gestapo ID Badge

You can find this one on the westernmost bridge crossing the river in the middle of the mission area. Inspect the crates on the southwestern part of the bridge to find this Hidden Item. It’s pretty tiny, though, so it’s hard to see! It’ll be next to a bolt cutter, for reference.

Mission 4: Collision Course

Wine Bottle

To find this Hidden Item, go to the second floor of the train station on the western side of the map. It’s the building we’ve marked on the map above. You’ll find a bar area on the second floor with the Wine Bottle sitting on top of the counter. Too bad you can’t have a sip…

Libération

This is another Propaganda Poster that doubles as a Hidden Item. You’ll find it by the entrance to the tunnel on the easternmost end of the train tracks. Pretty easy one to find, thankfully!

Gas Mask

You can get this Hidden Item near the end of the mission. More specifically, you can get it once you go into the manor on the eastern part of the mission area to eliminate the intel sources. Make your way down to the basement to find the Gas Mask sitting atop a desk.

If you’ve followed this in order, that’s Mission 4 out of 8. That means we’re halfway through collecting all the 22 Hidden Items in Sniper Elite: Resistance!

Mission 5: Devil’s Cauldron

Le Maquis Voit Tout

You can find this Propaganda Poster and Hidden Item at the lone church on the southerwestern part of the mission area. Simply inspect the south-facing outer wall to find the poster.

Laboratory ID

This one can be a tad trickier to find than others. So, to start, go to the marked spot above on the eastern part of the map and look for the main facility entrance shown above.

Go through the yellow door on the left side of the entrance tunnel.

Then, go down the hallway and turn to your right to find a dark communications room as you take the corner.

The Laboratory ID Hidden Item is on top of the desk in the dark room.

Playing Cards

The last Hidden Item in this mission is directly west of the road near the facility where you found the Laboratory ID before. Go to that spot to find a small camp with German infantry. The playing cards are atop a crate. Be warned that there will be German soldiers talking by a fire barrel near the crate, though. Be careful!

Mission 6: Assault on Fort Rouge

Todt Uniform Badge

For this tricky Hidden Item, you want to look for some stairs going down into a basement in the Derelict Streets. This is the southwestern corner of the map, near the starting point of the mission. Take the stairs and follow them into the basement.

The Todt Uniform Badge is on top of the table opposite of the basement’s entrance.

Prende le Maquis

The token Propaganda Poster and Hidden Item of this mission. It’s on a wall in the westernmost part of the map, right near the mission area’s edge. It’s pretty easy to spot, but it’s in a fairly nondescript spot!

Committee C Map

This Hidden Item doesn’t really deserve to be called a “Hidden” Item. It is, in fact, one of the main objectives required for the “gather intel on Kleine Blume” objective. Simply go to the underground bunker on the northernmost part of the mission area when you get the objective. You’ll find the map in a storage room in the bunker as part of the mission, so it’s unmissable.

Mission 7: Lock, Stock and Barrels

La Voix Du Maquis

Let’s kick things off with this mission’s Propaganda Poster. You can find it in the lone building by the river in the southwestern part of the mission area. Simply check the eastern wall of the building’s exterior to find the poster.

Gold Pocket Watch

Go directly west from the main nazi building in this mission and you’ll find a shack on the northern end of the vineyard. Enter the shack and you’ll find the Gold Pocket Watch on a wooden table inside. Pretty easy to find! Who just leaves a gold watch lying around like that!?

Engraved Lighter

You can find this Hidden Item on the easternmost edge of the mission area, inside the L-shaped building there. Just go right into the building and you’ll find the Engraved Lighter on top of the table to your right. Another easy find in this mission!

Mission 8: End of the Line

Pour Une France Libre

At long last, we’re at the end of the line! Not just of Sniper Elite: Resistance itself but of our list of all 22 Hidden Items in the game, as well. Let’s start with the Propaganda Poster in this final mission. To find this one, go to the factory at the end of the train tracks on the westernmost side of the mission area. Climb the ladder by the factory’s entrance and you’ll find the poster to your right.

New Tank Blueprints

You can find this Hidden Item close to the Propaganda Poster. To find it, follow the train tracks to enter the factory from its eastern side. Then, check the crates by the southeastern wall on the bottom floor. You’ll find the collectible atop the crates, close to the train tracks.

AA Repair Manual

The final Hidden Item on our list. For this one, go to the bunker in the southern part of the mission area. It’s directly east of the factory where you got the previous Hidden Items. Simply get to the bottom level inside the bunker and you’ll find the AA Repair Manual atop a crate, ready for you to grab it!

Phew, that took a lot of exploring, huh? Nonetheless, now you know the location of all 22 Hidden Items in Sniper Elite: Resistance! Grab every single one of them and you’ll get the “Treasure Hunter” achievement for your efforts. Plus, you can check them in your gallery for some extra lore and such.

This isn’t the only type of collectible in the game, however. For help with another type of collectible, check out our guide on the location of all 10 Cardboard Pigeons in the game. You can hunt them all down to get the “Wing Wing Situation” Medal.
