If you are a fan of AFK games, then you might have heard of Sol’s RNG. It is a game based on the mechanics of random number generation which you can play for free on Roblox. The RNG factor of this game is rolling for the different Auras.

The game is currently hosting an event for getting the Lock Egg. Only a limited number of Lock Eggs are available for players to get. This guide will show you how to get the Lock Egg. Keep reading to learn more.

How To Get Lock Egg

The number of Lock Eggs available is dwindling down very fast as different players are trying to get it. At the time of writing this guide, only 6.93K are left which can be seen in the image below.

Eggs remaining - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
Clock’s ticking!

Before you go on the quest of getting the Lock Egg, you need to have the Unbound Aura which has a rarity of 1 in 20M. I know this requirement is pretty annoying but currently there is no way around it. You just have to decide for yourself if it is worth spending the time required to get such an extremely rare Aura. It’s one of the new auras added in Era 6 of Sol’s RNG!

1 in 20 Million, you have got to be kidding me!

Liberator Quest

If you have the Unbound Aura, then go to Lime to get the quest for the Lock Egg. Lime can be found to the left side of the spawn area.

Lime - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
Lime, also known as the quest giver.

Interact with Lime and after a few dialogs, click on accept to get the quest. The name of the quest is Liberator Quest.

Hmm… how do you unlock an altar?

As you can see above, one of the rewards of completing the Liberator Quest is the Lock Egg.

NOTE: In my case, I had to complete the Star Egg Quest before I got the quest for the Lock Egg. I am not entirely sure if this is the same for everyone or it was just the case for me (a bug maybe). In case the Liberator Quest does not show up, check this guide to complete the Star Egg Quest: How To Get Star Egg.

Altar

Once you get the Liberator Quest, you need to make your way to the Altar Room. Start by going to the tree with the ladder shown in the image below. It can be easily located from the spawn area.

Getting to the Altar - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
Use the conveniently placed ladder to climb up!

Use the ladder to get to the top of the tree. Afterwards, jump on the other trees to reach the ladder located at the side of the mountain.

Looks like those trees were specifically made just for this.

Once you reach the ladder, move in the direction of the arrow which is marked in the image below. Use the edges to reach the Cave Entrance.

Follow the red arrow and you will have nothing to fear!

You will find the Cave Entrance hidden behind the waterfall. Go inside the cave through this entrance.

Quite a secretive location!

After you go inside the Cave Entrance, move forward a little bit and then jump downwards into the hole. That hole will teleport you inside the Cave. Once inside, go down left of the Bridge. Afterwards, move in a straight direction as shown in the image below.

Just go where the red arrow tells you to!

After moving straight for a little while, go towards the left and you will notice a bunch of platforms as shown in the image below. To reach the Altar Room, you need to complete this Obby. It is pretty easy because if you fall, you will spawn at the start of the Obby and you can try again instantly.

Time to show off your ninja skills!

Once you reach the last platform of the Obby, jump to the edge at your left. There is a Hidden Wall at the end. Simply go in the direction of the arrow shown in the image below.

A hidden wall not so hidden anymore.

Chanting

After going through the Hidden Wall, you will end up in the Altar Room. Here you have to chant the words written on the wall in the correct order.

Altar - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
Time to perform the Lock Egg ritual.

Stand at the middle of the Altar and type the following text (same exact way) in the Chat one by one.

  • absolute…
  • repression…
  • powerful…
  • eternal…
  • powerful…

Your Chat should look like the image below (ignore the purple message).

Chanting through the chat, now that is unique!

Note: You must have the Unbound Aura equipped for this to work. Otherwise, nothing will happen.

Now your part here at the Altar is done. Make your way outside the cave or simply rejoin the server to quickly get to the spawn area.

Obby

You need to go through the Obby shown below. You can spot this Obby pretty easily from the spawn area.

Last Obby - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
For a skilled ninja warrior such as yourself, this should be a piece of cake!

At the end of this Obby, you will come across the area shown below. If you did the Altar part right with an Unbound Aura, you will see a Purple Glowing object. Go into this object and you will be teleported back to the spawn area.

Lock Egg - Sol's RNG: How To Get Lock Egg
The Lock Egg is almost within grasp!

Once you get teleported back, talk to Lime to complete the Liberator Quest. Afterwards, you will get a cutscene of the Lock Egg coming down from the sky. Interact with the Lock Egg and you will get a Buy Item prompt on screen, buy the Lock Egg for 0 Robux. That is it, you now have the Lock Egg.

If you decide to go after the Unbound Aura (if you don’t have it) then you will need a lot of luck (like a lot, a lot). To get your luck increased in Sol’s RNG, give this guide a quick read: How To Get Rarest Auras Complete Guide.
