There’s a new Sonic game out there and it’s called Sonic Frontiers, SEGA’s newest addition to the Sonic franchise. There hasn’t been any good sonic games for a while now and we almost had a horrible movie made as well. So it’s nice to see that SEGA is showing some experimentation with the new game, now it’s an open-world game with so much to do! This new Sonic game features amazing visuals, fast gameplay and a massive world to explore where you can do a lot of things. There’s also some new mechanics thrown in as well and in this guide we’ll show you how to Parry in the game.
How to Parry In Sonic Frontiers
In Sonic Frontiers you can fight monsters in this whole 3D open world game. It can be a bit boring if you just swing your arms around and do a little kick when your character feels like it, so they added a lot more to the combat.
One of the things you can do is parry, and when done successfully can be followed up by a cool attack. This is how you parry in Sonic Frontiers.
To Parry in Sonic Frontiers you need to hold both L1 and R1 for Playstation players. LB and RB for Xbox players and Q and E for PC players. This will let Sonic ready a parry, now all you need to do is hold it till an attack comes and let it hit you.
When done correctly you can then follow it up with an attack. It needs some getting used to since you need to parry before the attack hits you so go and practice around a bit.
