The Sons of the Forest is truly interesting not only because of crafting, survival, and killing cannibals and mutants but also the environment it has, in the old The Forest game there wasn’t much of a feature besides survival and building traps to keep the cannibals or mutants away from your home base.

In this game, you get to swim across the ocean and kill sharks and there are actually many things in this game that is yet to be discovered if you like swimming in the ocean but don’t have the gear for it don’t worry we’ll guide you on how to get a rebreather in this game.

Rebreather Location – Sons of the Forest

This is where you’ll find the rebreather.

It’s actually on shore, and you can enter it by going through what appears to be a cave entrance, but be sure to carry a flashlight or a torch because it will get dark inside.

Your GPS will be ineffective once you are inside the cave since it cannot receive signals there.

There are no alternate entries to the cave, so keep traveling straight until you begin to notice lamps placed around the floor.

You need to go through this gap hole that you can see on the right side of the cave.

Upon inside, you’ll notice that there are numerous lamps scattered over the floor. This is where we’ll find the rebreather.

The rebreather can be found exactly next to a boat in this specific location. The rebreather actually has a small flashlight attached to it.

Now there’s your rebreather, simply go there, press “E” and it will be added to your inventory.

Then after putting on the rebreather, you can dive underwater without worrying about running out of oxygen.

Using our interactive map will make it simpler for you to locate hidden items, equipment, or the rebreather if you’re having trouble locating their whereabouts.
