Sorcery: How To Unlock Heavenly Restriction

In my guide, I’ll show you how to unlock Heavenly Restriction in the new Jujutsu Kaisen game, Sorcery. If you didn’t know, Heavenly Restriction grants you superhuman abilities in exchange for losing access to curse energy. This means you won’t be able to use any Cursed Techniques, Domain Expansions, or Curse-related powers, but the boost to your Physical Prowess will make you stronger than even the most powerful sorcerers or top players in the game.

How To Unlock Heavenly Restriction

First, here are the requirements that you must meet in order to acquire Heavenly Restriction:

Level 60+ or Grade 2+: You must reach at least level 60 or achieve Grade 2 to use the True War Remnant.
Obtain the True War Remnant: You can get this through completing Mission or via Trading.
Get a Void Key: Once you have a Void Key, head to the Void to use the True War Remnant. To acquire it, you’ll have to keep on completing quests, but it’s rare–There’s a small chance you can get it after each completion.

Once you have met all of them, it’s time to move to the step-by-step section of my guide, which will show you everything you need to follow to unlock Heavenly Restriction.

Go to the Void: After getting the True War Remnant, head to the Void with the Void Key. In order to reach Void World, follow the clip I’ve attached below:

Prepare for a Reset: Once you reach Void World, you must use the True War Remnant which will wipe your character (Any spot will do). So, be ready to reset your progress. Once your HP depletes, you’ll be Heavenly Restricted.

Wait for HP Drain: After using the True War Remnant, your HP will slowly drain. It takes about 3-5 minutes for the process to complete. After this, your character will reset.

Character Recreation: Once your HP is depleted, you’ll be teleported to the menu where you’ll create a new character. Don’t worry—this is normal.

New Skill Tree Unlocked: After recreating your character, you’ll notice a new skill tree called Physical Prowess, which revolves around agility and strength.

New Abilities with Heavenly Restriction & Combo

Once Heavenly Restiriction is unlocked, you’ll gain access to powerful physical abilities. Here’s a breakdown of the new abilities in the Physical Prowess skill tree:

Flash Cut: Teleports you behind your enemy for a quick strike.
Stone Barrage: Launches a series of stones at your target. It’s controllable and deals good damage.
Spiral Smash: Teleports you to the enemy, auto-tracking them even if you’re not aiming directly.
Shadow Step: A combo extender move that increases your mobility during combat.

Here’s a sample combo you can use:

Start with Spiral Smash to teleport to your target.
Follow up with Flash Cut and Shadow Step to chain attacks.
Use Stone Barrage to continue the pressure.
Finish off with Spiral Smash to deal significant damage.

Here are some Tips Before The Guide Ends

Enemy Detection: Press N to detect enemies. Unlike before, you no longer need to hold E to find enemies—just a single press of N will do.
Efficient Grinding: Once you unlock Heavenly Restriction, grind back up to higher levels by using the new abilities in missions. Your agility and strength will make it easier to clear missions quickly.
