Special Anime Defense has a variety of units that you can obtain in different rarities. However, there are actually secret rarity units that you can also get. There has been a lot of debate and hearsay about how you can get these units.

How To Get Secret Units
A lot of players have said that you can get secret units by beating bosses in the story mode of Special Anime Defense. This is actually completely false.
There is only one way to get these secret units in the game.
To get secret units in the game, you’ll need to head to the Summon area. Over here, you’ll need to summon banners and roll for them using gems.
The secret units will not be displayed anywhere here, but there is always a chance to get them. It is very low though, with there being a 0.01% chance for a secret unit to drop from summoning banners.
This will of course completely depend on your luck. You can actually increase the chances for this using an Ultra Lucky or Super Lucky potion.
You have two options for getting these potions. Either you spend Robux on them from the Summon menu or you purchase them from the Merchant where you can get them for free. So check out the Merchant whenever it’s open!
After that consume the potion so that you can increase the chances of getting the secret units. Even then, you’ll need all the luck you can get!
