Spider-Man 2 is finally out, and with it comes a ton of collectibles to find and activities to participate in for its many trophies. Among these activities are the photo ops, which has Peter or Miles taking pictures of various interesting individuals all throughout New York. So, how do you open the camera gadget to take pictures for this activity?
How to Open Camera Gadget | Photo Ops
Simply put, the camera gadget specifically designed for the photo ops activity in the game can be activated by swiping up on the controller’s Touch pad.
Once you have brought up the camera, all you have to do is hold L2 in order to focus the lens and then press R1 to take a photo.
The game will let you know if the subject you’re looking for is in frame, so you shouldn’t struggle too much when doing this activity.
Take note that the game’s actual photo mode does not count toward the activity, so don’t even try to take pictures using that unless you really want a screenshot with the special NPCs involved in the activity.
And that’s pretty much how you bring up the camera gadget to do the photo ops scattered throughout Spider-Man 2’s extensive map!
