The next one is at the First Nautical Bank level.
Once you get there use the slingshot in the hole in the ground. This will launch you to a series of platforms that you need to go through.
There you’ll get to a point where there’s an enemy and you can use a tool to defeat them. Fill up the bar and use it to clear the passage ahead.
Don’t forget to fill it up again before continuing so you can clear the other one further back.
Then continue through the platforms till you get on top of the First Nautical Bank where there’s the coin.
Coin #7
The next one is in the Parking Lot level.
All you need to do is get on top of the lamp posts and you can jump over the fence where there’s a bunch of crates and a coin as well.

Continuing through the level go to the left where you’ll find a car with a button on top.
Complete the challenge there to get another coin.
Coin #9
The next one is on the Paparazzi Street level.
Just go straight until you reach the building where there’s a hole in the wall to the left.
Go through the hole and use the platforms to go up. Then look at the water part of the building and you’ll find balloons.
Use the balloons to get through the water area and to the coin at the end of the balloons.

Now go back to that hole in the wall again and climb up. This time follow the blue arrows until you reach the place where there’s a big start sign.
There’s a button there and you need to finish that challenge to get the last coin.
