Over the years we’ve seen some great Spongebob games, from the Spongebob Movie Game which has the most confusing title, to the Battle for Bikini Bottom game that a lot of players love. Now there’s a new platformer game again and it’s Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake.
It features all of the goofy and lovable characters from the show, the notable locations you know and love, as well as some unique places. There are also a lot of collectibles you can find in the game and in this guide, we’ll show you where to find all the coins in one of the levels in the game.
Prehistoric Kelp Forest All Coin Locations | SpongeBob Squarepants The Cosmic Shake
There are a lot of different collectibles in Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, one of the collectibles you can look out for are coins and they can be hard to find! Sometimes they’re hidden in a corner of the map, inside a quest, or even in challenges.
Here are all the coin locations for the Prehistoric Kelp Forest map.
Coin #1
The first coin is in the Algae Jungle level. Just continue through the level until you reach the lava segment.
There you’ll need to continue through the path until you reach the platform with a weirdly placed wall of crates shown below.
Behind the crates is actually a platform you can glide down to and there you can jump into a log.
There you’ll find a button that when pressed will start a timed challenge. Finish this challenge to get a coin.
Coin #2
The next coin is in the Sleeping Dorudon level. Proceed through the level as normal following the path shown above.
When you get there, face the Dorudon and you’ll see a button on one of the stone platforms. Finish that challenge to get a coin.
Coin #3
The next coin is in the Volcano Slide Segment.
All you need to do is go through the slide as normal until you see the point shown above, instead of going straight, veer to the left going to the jump pad.
This will launch you to an alternate route and at the end is a coin, don’t miss it!
Coin #4
The last coin on the map is actually deceptively easy and is in the Cave Painting Cave level, just behind some furniture you’ll find the coin, it’s that easy!
