There are a lot of cinematic scenes in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, but this one level takes the cake! The animations and cinematics in this game one up the first one by a lot. In one of the missions in the game you’re tasked with bringing contact codes to Cere after Merrin gives you a charm.
The level is filled with a lot of traversal and winding areas. In this guide, we’ll show you how to go through this level!
Bring Contact Codes to Cere Guide
At one point in the game when you’re in Jedha with Merrin, you’ll be tasked with bringing the contact codes to Cere. This whole level can be quite difficult since it’s a series of different ways of traversing as well as a fast action scene at the end.
Here’s how you go through this level and bring those contact codes to Cere!
We’ll start at the Buried Refuge, where you and Merrin are running away from a giant robot that shoots lasers. Don’t worry about the lasers because they’re not actually programmed to hit you. It’s just there to make the scene look nice while you jump around.
The first jump is to a grapple and wall run, then you’ll need to force dash through the green barrier. The green barriers reset your Force Dash and Jedi Flip so make sure to use them!
After going through the first barrier, you’ll go through a door you can force push open. Go through the door and head left and you’ll see a swing bar. Jump and grab onto it, swing forward and force dash to the wall at the back.
Then alternate between jumping and dashing to get to the top. Once on top follow the path to the right.
The next area is just like the one before with the first barrier but this one is a bit longer. You need to Grapple, Wall Run, and then jump through the barrier.
Once through the Barrier you’ll then need to dash and grab onto the swing bars. When you jump off the second swing bar, go through the barrier, force dash onto another barrier, and then finally force dash to the cave at the back.
Follow Merrin through the cave, then outside through another barrier and jump a gap. You’ll get to a point where you slide down while the robot rotates some blades in front of you.
Slide down and go to the side of the blade before reaching the end and jumping around it. Then continue jumping through the gaps behind it.
You’ll head to the Sanctuary temple with Merrin and follow her lead. She’ll lead you to a bunch of stormtroopers, clear them out.
Next to them is a console BD-1 can interact with to shoot a rope down to the next area. Use BD-1 to rappel down the rope.
Stick to the right wall while going forward and you’ll see another set of stormtroopers along with a barrier you need to go through.
Once you’re through the barrier, go down a set of stairs and there you’ll find your way blocked by rocks. There’s a small gap in the middle for you to squeeze through.
After going through the gap, you’ll go through a long tunnel filled with troopers. It’s literally just a long tunnel filled with stormtroopers so have fun killing them with Merrin. You’ll even get some cool kill animations with her.
At the very end of the tunnel is another gap you’ll squeeze through, and it’ll start a cutscene. Without spoiling anything, Merrin will open a portal you need to immediately jump through.
This is one whole cinematic action scene where you traverse around doing wall runs, grapples and jump dashes. All while following Merrin and the portals she makes, make sure to follow the portals and enjoy the set piece!
At the very end, another cutscene will play along with a quick time event before Merrin makes one last set of portals. You jump through and follow the portals until the last one, Merrin will then explain how she made the portals.
Now all you need to do now is follow Merrin, rappel through a rope and continue following her. She’ll lead you to a meditation point where you can then fast travel to the Archive and bring the contact codes to Cere!
