In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor you can recruit certain NPCs in the game. Some of these NPCs can be recruited through the story some can be recruited in Cantinas. While others need a certain quest completed to do recruit them. Recruiting these characters can give you rewards and activities to do so it’s best to try to get all of them.
In this guide we’ll show you how to do the Rumor Help Zygg in the Swamp in the Viscid Bog. When you do this quest, you’ll get to recruit Wini. Now let’s see what we can do to recruit this NPC!
Rumor: Help Zygg in the Swamp
When you get to the Viscid Bog, you’ll need to head to the northern meditation point shown there. Next to the meditation point is a small hut where you can find Wini and Zygg, talk to them to initiate the quest.
Here are the steps to finish this Rumor:
- Gain the lift and slam ability from the quest “Rescue Zee from the Luchrehulk.”
- Talk to Zygg and Wini;
- Use the force to lift Rock Platforms and traverse them;
- Find Datapad;
- Talk to Zygg again to finish rumor!
Before you even try to do this rumor, you’ll first need to learn the Lift and Slam skill. This skill is given to you in the quest “Rescue Zee from the Luchrehulk” in the main story. This is important since you’ll be lifting rock platforms later.
Once you’ve gotten the quest started you can then go outside the hut and head to the metal platform shown below. There you’ll find a rock platform that you can use your force to lift up.
Raise the rock platform and it’ll start to sink back down. Make sure to jump to the wall, and go up the platform as quickly as possible. Your goal is to reach the other stable rock platform to the left.
Below is an image of behind the sinking rock platform, there’s a wall section you can climb that gets you to the top. Once on the top jump into the other rock platform.
Now that you’re on stable, not-so-sinking rocks, pull the rock platform back up again. Then jump on top of the platform once again.
This time your goal is to jump to the other platform near the Hut where Zygg and Wini is. There on top of that rock is a datapad you can then interact with it.
Once you’ve interacted with the datapad go back and talk to Zygg and Wini. This will complete the Rumor and recruit Wini!
