You are a cat in Stray. You can Meow and Purr and Pet random strangers whenever you want. In order to collect collectibles, you’ll need to instead do some Scratching. Let’s see where is the first scratch you can do in all of the game in this All Chapter 1 Collectible guide.

All Chapter 1 Collectibles – Stray

There is only one collectible in Chapter 1, so don’t be bother yourself looking for more. This is where it will be located.

You will find yourself right after the cutscene where the kitty kat is going down the pipes. There will be other cats around you too.

Now start heading directly towards the dark alleyway that is in front of you. The other cats will be following you and you can do Meow to get next to you.

This is the tree that you’ll need to scratch. It will be directly on your left from the balcony area that you’re able to see in front. 

Walk up next to it and just hit the Scratch button. The other cats will join you too and the Collectible will be yours! Congratulations! On to the next scratch!
