- Starting from the exit, make a turn right here in the first 2 walls.

- Look at the right on the floor, and you’ll eventually find the tombstone not too far from the exit.
Darkwood Asylum
Finding Dead Fred in Darkwood Asylum is relatively straightforward. Head to the boy’s bathroom, and you’ll spot the tombstone right next to the downstairs exit.
