Finding the Bubbul Frog in the Death Mountain Foothill Cave in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is pretty easy. But of course, there is a tricky side to that. It seems like this time, our Bubbul Gem-holding frog friend is found itself a good location to hide. You are going to need to destroy a hot chunk of stone in order to get to it. In this guide, we will go through how you can do it and find the Death Mountain Foothill Cave Bubbul Frog Location in Tears of the Kingdom.
Death Mountain Foothill Cave Bubbul Frog Location
First, you need to go to the coordinates -1951, 2666, 0428. However, you definitely should not go there if you didn’t activate Yunobo. In this cave, Bubbul Frog is hidden behind a piece of hot rocks that you cannot get rid of without Yunobo’s help. Also, keep in mind to prepare with anti-fire equipment like the Flamebreaker armor set and Fireproof Elixirs since it’s extremely hot in the area.
Let’s say that you brought Yunobo with you and are ready to track down that Bubbul Frog. Get inside the cave and keep going straight forward.
After going forward for a little while, you will find the hot lava rocks in front of you.
So, this is where it gets tricky. The stones are too hot for your arrow and apparently, it is not possible to blow it up with a Time Bomb or any other weapons. The reason for this is probably that Death Mountain is unlocked with the Yunobo of Goron City Main Quest. Therefore, you will need the help of Yunobo for this part.
Shoot Yunobo in the direction of the rocks and it will destroy them.
Once the rocks are cleared, you will find the Bubbul Frog right there. You can get your Bubbul Gem by defeating this creature. And just like this, finding Death Mountain Foothill Cave Bubbul Frog Location in Tears of the Kingdom is just as easy! Just don’t forget to bring Yunobo with you and you will be good to go.
