Tears Of The Kingdom Bubbul Gem Acquired

There are a lot of caves in Tears of the Kingdom, and each cave has its fair share of loot and adventure in it. It also has Bubbul Frogs which you can defeat to get Bubbul gems. What are these gems for? Well, you can get these gems exchanged for cool items like different kinds of masks so it’s great to find them when you can. The thing is these Bubbul Frogs can be quite sneaky!

In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the Bubbul Frog in the East Restaurant Cave in the game. Now get ready to make a minecart because we’ll need it!

East Restaurant Cave Bubbul Frog Location

  1. Locate the East Restaurant Cave at the coordinates 1842, 1615, 0285;
  2. Use a Minecart to go through the tracks;
  3. Get to the end of the tracks and go through a small hole;
  4. Locate and defeat the Bubbul Frog;
  5. Get the Bubbul Gem!

Detailed Walkthrough

The first step is to find this cave. The East Restaurant Cave is southwest of Eldin Canyon and north of Goronbi Lake. The coordinates for the cave are: 1842, 1615, 0285.

The cave itself is easy to spot because there’s a rail track that goes into the cave. You’ll need to use your Ultrahand and create a minecart with a cart and a fan to go through the tracks. Once you’ve built yourself a minecart go through the tracks until the very end.

Once you reach the end of the line, go out of the minecart. To the left you’ll find a small hole on the wall that you can crouch down and go through.

Once you reach the other side you’ll see a couple of fans and a chest. You’ll also see some rocks blocking another way. Use either heavy weapons or explosives to destroy the rocks there. There’s a few rocks outside of the cave and outside of this hidden area so use your Fuse on them to make a weapon.

Once you destroy the rocks go through it and you’ll see the Bubbul Frog in that area. It’s a fairly small and cramp area so you can even swat the bugger off the wall with a thrown weapon. Just don’t miss or you’ll damage it unnecessarily! Of course, you can also use a bow!

Once you defeat the Bubbul Frog it’ll drop a Bubbul Gem!
