In Tears of the Kingdom, there is a place called the Pagos Woods Excavation Site. It is a cave in the Faron Region that is inhabited by a variety of foes like Lizalfos, Chuchus and Moblins. A Bubbul Gem, which is obtained from a Bubbul Frog, is one of the treasures that are also found in the cave. These gems are a resource that can be traded for rewards, and create a variety of equipment.

In order to locate the Bubbul Frog, you need to go to Pagos Woods Excavation Site at coordinates (0673, -3106, 0025) as seen in the map below.

Once inside the cave you just need to drop down an opening beside a laser puzzle.

Upon dropping down just proceed on walking inside the opening to find the Bubbul Frog.

This is optional. Use your ultrahand ability on objects found inside the cave to block three lasers. After blocking them, a door will open to reveal a chest.

Inside the chest is a Large Zonai Charge which you can use to power up Zonai Devices.
