Tears of the Kingdom: Royal Claymore Weapon Location

The Royal Claymore is actually located in a well in Lookout Landing. But the area is shut off unless you initiate a series of conversation and ask the guard to unlock it for you. The steps are as follow:

1. Visit the well located in the Central Hyrule region, at the Lookout Landing area. The Lookout Landing Well her has been sealed off with a giant piece of wood. Interact with the well.

2. Karson, the log cutter next to you will inform you that that particular well isn’t available right now due to construction process and is sealed off for safety reasons.

3. Turn around, and head over to Scorpis who’s standing in the middle of the arena platform. He’s managing Lookout Landing. Talk to the man and he’ll warmly welcome you to ask him any question before opening the door to the emergency shelter.

4. Drop down and spend the night in there.

5. The next day, you can finally see the well has been unsealed. Just jumped in and follow the path. You’ll need the Rock Hammer or other heavy weapon to crush the rocks blocking the way before finally reaching a small cave with a treasure chest inside. That’s your Royal Claymore.

What do you think? Is the Royal Claymore a viable weapon? Do you find a great way to make it part of your arsenal in beating the game? Let us know in the comments!
