The Horse Guard’s Request side quest is one of the easiest and quickest quests in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of Kingdom. It is all about tracking down and getting a special kind of horse called Skeletal Horse and bringing it to the Horse Guard, Toffa. In this guide, we will show you how to complete the quest in just a couple of minutes!
The Horse Guard’s Request
The first thing you need to do to activate the Horse Guard’s Request is to go to Outskirt Stable.
Once you arrive, talk to Toffa. He will ask you if you ever heard about Skeletal Horses and give you a hint about its location.
He will mention that Skeletal Horses are known to be found in Sanidin Park Ruins and they appear at night.
Once the conversation is over, you can head in that direction right away. You will only need to go to the coordinates -1608, -0688, 0140.
Now, you will need to wait for the night. After the weather gets darker, the Skeletal Horse will come out.
There is no specific way to tame the Skeletal Horse. However, try not to run directly at it because it might kick you or start running away from you. Sneaking up behind it and jumping on it would be a much better option in this case.
After hopping onto the horse, take it back to Outskirt Stable to show it to Toffa.
Toffa will be glad to see that you found the horse and he will want to keep the Skeletal Horse among his other animals. Then he will reward you with 50 rupees.
