What Happens When You Find All Bubbul Gems?
First of all, as you may already know. You will trade your bubbul gems with Koltin to get equipment. He will offer you a different item for each Bubbul Gem you give. To find his location, or to learn the details of the usage of Bubbul Gems, be sure to check out this guide. At some point, Koltin will say that he does not have anything left to trade. But, if you choose to give him all Bubbul gems after that, he will give you one more reward. So, let’s talk about each Bubbul Gem reward he will give you and the last reward for all Bubbul Gems.

You will receive each one of these rewards in the listed order. When you reach the total number of 46, Koltin will be disappointed that he has yet to turn into a Satori. Then, he will think that maybe he needs to eat all Bubbul Gems.
But, he won’t be able to ask you to bring all Bubbul Gems to him as he does not have anything left to trade.
When this dialogue between you and Koltin ends, if you have all the bubbul gems, talk to him one more time. He will say that he can sense the presence of zero Bubbul Gems and he is going to ask you if you really found all of them.
Now, if you decide to give him the Bubbul Gems, he will turn into a Blupee. He will also say that he wants to reward you even though he does not have anything left.
Reward For All Bubbul Gems
Koltin will give you a Koltin’s Fabric that he made himself and ask you to show it to Kilton.
After you are done talking with Koltin, you will need to go to Tarrey Town to find Kilton. The coordinates for the location will be 3965, 1632, 0127.
There, talk to Kilton and let him know that his brother has turned into a Blupee.
After that, your job will be pretty much done, but there are still a few things you can do. After you are done talking to Kilton, if you go back to Koltin’s Airbaloon, you will see a few Blupees there.
They will quickly run away once you get closer to them, so try using shooting them in slow motion.
To trigger the slow-motion mechanism, you should aim your bow from high up in the air. The slowed movement will last until your stamina bar runs out.
After you shoot the Blupees, they will drop a lot of Rupees on the ground. Be sure to collect all of them.
What To Do With Koltin’s Fabric
You can use the fabric to make a paraglider for yourself. To do that, just go to Hateno Village and talk to Sayge inside the dye shop.
