The world of Weird West hosts a plethora of colorful characters, some of them needing your help. One of the NPCs you will come across is a certain lady looking for her husband.
In this quest we’ll help you start the Abducted Blacksmith quest and show you how to complete it!
Weird West – The Abducted Blacksmith Quest Guide
This quest is one of the earliest available ones when you first arrive in the area called Grackle.
The woman should be near the entrance that’s around the Sheriff’s office. Talk to her to start the quest and make sure to select the “Say you are–they took your husband” option. Once you agree to look for her husband, the quest will officially begin.
It gives you a time limit of five days to find the blacksmith. You won’t need to worry too much about this timeline as you can naturally come across the blacksmith when you follow your main quest.
When you reach the point where it leads you to Greenwood Run, you can find the blacksmith in the Stillwater-filled outpost. He’ll be in a cage next to a campfire on the right side of the area.
Once you find him, you’ll then need to free him by breaking open the lock. You can do this by using three lockpicks or you can find the key on the body of a dead person at the front gate.
Free the blacksmith and that concludes this objective.
You are then free to do your remaining objectives in the area or go back to Grackle and find the blacksmith’s wife. Talk to her to finish your quest and she will give you a Copper Quill and Medley Spiritstouch.
