If you’ve ever wanted to take on the legendary Chunin Exams like a true shinobi, Ninja Time lets you do just that! The Roblox RPG recreates the intense trials from Naruto, and just like the Anime, passing the Chunin Exam is a major progression steppingstone in the game. But don’t worry, I’ve got your back! My guide will walk you through every step, from the written test to the boss battles, so you can ace the exam and officially become a Chunin.
Chunin Exams Guide (Bosses, Locations, Requirements & More)
The Chunin Exam in Ninja Time consists of three key parts:
- Written Exam – A multiple-choice test about the game and Naruto lore.
- Defeating ‘Leaf, Icy, and Stone’ Enemies – A combat challenge in the Forest of Death.
- Defeating White Eyes (Neji) – A final one-on-one boss fight.
Each stage comes with its own requirements and challenges, so let’s go over them in detail.
Written Exam
Requirements:
- Must be Level 18+
- Talk to Ishikage to begin the exam
The written exam is a multiple-choice quiz that tests your knowledge of Ninja Time. Below are all the correct answers so you can breeze through it:
- Gennin, Chunin, Jonin, Kage
- Black Flames
- Luxinn
- Infinite Nightmare Kingdom
- Yellow Thunder
- Nine Tails
- Anbu
- To avenge his clan
- Icy
- Hidden Leaf Village
Once you complete the exam, you’ll receive a stamp of approval. Talk to Niko (the Sensei standing in front of the blackboard) to finish up and leave the classroom. Now, it’s time for the real challenge!
Defeating ‘Leaf, Icy and Stone’ Enemies
For the next part of the exam, you need to head all the way deep into the forest of the city. Use the mission’s pointer to help guide you to this part of the Forest. When you finally reach the location, you’ll also find Yomichi.
In this phase, you’ll have to complete the following objectives:
- Defeat 20 Leaf Renegates
- Defeat 1 Icy enemy
- Defeat 1 Stone Leo enemy
Aside from these, you’ll also need to visit 44 Tower and talk to the instructor. The 44 Tower is the large red building where floors look like they are stacked on top of each other. The 44 tower is close to where you find Yomichi and is located in the Forest of Death.
Next, you’ll need to speak to Ana at the entrance to enter the location. When you’re finally inside the building, speak to the instructor.
Doing this will complete and tick off two parts of this quest. The next part is to defeat 20 Leaf Renegades. The trick to defeating the NPCs is to stand at a distance and spam first skill. Use the same method to defeat 1 icy enemy.
After that, it’s time to find Stone Leo to complete the last part of the quest. To defeat Stone Leo (Rock Lee), you’ll have to go back to 44 Tower which is in the Forest of Death, and talk to the Instructor so he can summon Stone Leo for you to fight.
You can even use the same trick on Stone Leo where you stand at a distance and spam first skill.
Defeating White Eyes (Neji)
For the final part of the exam, you’ll need to be at Level 20. Once you reach the required level, go over and talk to Kogei. He’s at the same location where you had your exams.
You must duel White Eyes (Neji) in the Arena. Kogei will introduce you to this challenge and ask if you’re ready. Make sure you’re well-prepared before jumping in!
How to Beat Neji
- Keep your distance and spam your first skill—this method works wonders against Neji.
- Watch out for his close-range attacks, as they can be devastating.
- Victory Rewards:
- Chi Essence (25% drop rate)
- White Eye Clothing (5% drop rate)
Once Neji is defeated, congratulations—you’ve officially earned the Chunin rank!
