Big triple-A games these days often go through development rather quickly, that’s mainly because of the deadlines and operating costs that these development studios have. Another reason is that publishers and development heads usually want to get that game as out as possible, since the idea of releasing a broken game and fixing it later has sadly become a norm. With that, there are bound to be a lot of glitches and bugs around there, and players will often use these to their advantage, in this guide we’ll show you how to use one of them in Thymesia and get the Peak Performance Trophy.
Duplication Glitch Peak Performance Trophy Guide For Thymesia
Achievements in Thymesia can vary in difficulty, there are some that don’t need that much effort like killing bosses or finishing the tutorial. While others might need some time and effort to do, like defeating a boss without using a potion or reaching the high level of 50 in the game. Indeed, one of the achievements is called “Peak Performance” and it requires you to reach level 50.
Usually, this will take a while, you’ll need to farm memories in order to make your character stronger and level them up. This might mean you’ll need to go look for farming areas or try defeating the various bosses of the game. This can be both time-consuming and monotonous, but what if I told you there is a faster way?
The first step is to get yourself a Focus potion, this requires Rosemary, Mind and Thyme. This potion increases the amount of Memory shards you get by 10%. This is important to have so make a couple of them.
You’ll then need to go to the Underground Laboratory – Sub Quest 1. If you can’t do this quest yet, do your best to unlock it before continuing. The quest is fairly straightforward. Just go and ignore everything on the way until the very end where you fight the sub-quest’s boss.
Also, before doing this glitch, we recommend that you have a lot of memory shards on you. Use the items that give you memory shards because the glitch will duplicate the shards you have.
You need to fight the boss until you get it to a low amount of health where it is stunned. BEFORE doing the final hit, drink the Focus potion and finish the boss off. This will trigger the glitch that will give you massive amounts of memory shards, more than it should have.
