The first one is beside the gate next to where you start the area. Evidently, it is an administrative order posted for everyone to read. It shows what the area did when the epidemic started to spread and gave orders to the people on what to do to survive.

Continuing on through the linear path of the area and you should see a house with an open doorway. Go inside and there should be your next lore bit. This one has been written by someone on a piece of paper detailing what has happened. Basically, it seems like they’ve run out of food and water.

Continuing on the level you should see an area with a water fountain. Next to it is a fire with some corpses, there lies another lore bit. It’s a diary of a soldier during the plague and talks about how they started burning the bodies to purify the corpses of the sickness.

Going through the level again you’ll encounter a graveyard. Next to the big tree in the middle of some graves is another lore bit. This happens to be a diary of a resident saying that something happened on the King’s Birthday and also, how the epidemic is spreading.

The last bit of lore is in a corner on the streets, situated on a wooden platform. It states the situation of the roads leading to all the regions in the kingdom being either blocked by soldiers or monsters.
