Sons of the Forest features a brand new system where the temperature will affect the status of your character. Freezing cold and blazing warmth will negatively affect you, and the only way to counter this is by having the appropriate clothing to help you stay warm or less warm.
Just like in Red Dead Redemption 2, clothing will affect your status, so you should change into appropriate clothing when you enter a biome that is either cold or hot.
With that said, you can pick up new clothes to wear, allowing you to switch up the style.
Sons Of The Forest – Track Suit Location
To find the Track Suit, you will need to go to this location on the map (refer to the image above for the direct location) or you can use our Sons of the Forest interactive map.
Before you head on over there though, you will need to find a VIP Keycard first. You cannot enter the location unless you have one.
When you do get one, you can then enter through the cave entrance and follow the path until you reach this door.
This is where the VIP Keycard comes in handy. Equip it from your inventory and use it here in order to gain access to the gym.
The gym, just like the rest of the area, shows signs of struggle. It’s completely abandoned.
To find the Track Suit, you need to go to the area where you lift weights. On this bench, you will find the Track Suit.
