If you’re rocking a Fullbringer in TYPE://SOUL and want to dominate, you’ve come to the right place. Fullbringers have been sleeping on for a while, but with the current meta, especially how busted Speed is right now, they’re straight-up monsters.

This guide breaks down the best build to turn your Fullbringer into a pressure machine that’s fast, deadly, and tricky to deal with. I’m gonna walk you through the perfect stat setup, your key combos, the best clan to back you up, and some essential playstyle tips that’ll have you outplaying your opponents every time.

Ready to run through what’s making this build so nasty? Let’s jump in.

Best Fullbringer Build Guide

Right now, Speed is absolutely broken in the meta, especially for Fullbringers. High Speed stats give you insane pressure with faster attacks, quicker combos, and better ability to dodge or close gaps. This means you can overwhelm opponents before they even get a chance to react.

The Setup:

  • 45 KendoCrescent Relief + Sonata Flow
  • 20 Speed — for Pressure Shift
  • Element: Book of the End (Mythical)

Why this works:
You need Sonata Flow on this build — it works into a ton of true combos. Crescent Relief is my go-to finisher, but if you don’t like it, swap for Eviscerate. Book of the End is the secret sauce — its crit stuns and ragdolls, letting you extend almost every ability in your kit.

Combos You Need to Know

These are the bread-and-butter chains that make this build so dangerous:

  • Crit → Sonata Flow (true combo)
  • Crit → Crescent Relief (true combo)
  • Z → C: Z stuns, C knocks down → free M1 → Rising Swallow → follow-up with whatever you want. Tip: Make sure the enemy has the Book of the End mark before using C.
  • X → Rising Swallow: Pops them up, stuns on the ground, free Rising Swallow after.
  • Crit → C: Not fully true, but great for catching people off-guard if you’re fast.

Your Z is mainly a gap closer — think of it like a faster, weaker Fang. Use it to get in range and start your chains.

Playstyle Tips

Book of the End is purely close-range — you need to be in M1 range to make your true combos happen.

  • Every move except Z has a true stun.
  • Don’t try to play from a distance — get in their face and force trades you can win.
  • Mix up your openings so opponents don’t adapt to Crit → Sonata Flow spam.

Best Clan for This Build

If you’re running a Fullbringer, Genj Clan is my #1 pick. It gives:

  • +15% mode duration
  • +15 posture
  • +15 HP
  • Reiatsu Siphon — steals reiatsu when you hit, scaling with the enemy’s reiatsu amount.

No accessories give reiatsu regen right now, so this is huge.

Other good picks:

  • Chess — cracked in 1v1s.
  • Zangetsu — strong overall, but this build wins in pure combo potential.

Wrap-Up

In my opinion, this is one of the best Fullbringer builds in Type Soul right now. The synergy between Book of the End’s crit stun, Sonata Flow, and Crescent Relief is disgusting — one crit and you’re basically confirming free damage.

If you’re a Fullbringer main, try this setup. Fullbringers might just be the new Quincies. Next up, be sure to dive into my complete guide on the best build for every race in Type Soul — it’s essential if you want to stay ahead of the meta and learn how to counter each playstyle like a pro.
