Type Soul: Quincy Complete Guide

Type Soul is a new Roblox game based on the legendary anime series Bleach. In this game, you can either be a Reaper or a Hollow. Depending on what race you choose, you want access to different missions and raids that can be completed to get stronger. This guide will be focused on everything related to the Quincy class.

Becoming Quincy

The first step in becoming a Quincy is to die so that you can have a chain on that allow you to switch classes. The next step is to find a Quincy gate. These gates are open only at particular times, so you have to be quick. They are open between XX:10-XX:20 or XX:40-XX:50. During these periods, head over to the park in the image below with a lot of lamp posts.

Once at this park, head over to the backside of it, and you should be able to spot a tunnel in the distance, which is actually the Quincy Gate. There are multiple gates that you can go through in the game, but you know that you are in the right place if you spot blue frost.

Once you move inside the gate, you will die and will be transported to Wandan. Follow the path in front of you until you spot a statue in the center of an arch formation.

Interact with the statue, and it will ask you if you are a Worshipper of the King. Choose the I worship the King option, and this will cause you to die once again and respawn as a Quincy.

Quincy Abilities

As a Quincy, you can switch between two weapon types. Pressing the Tab key will allow you to switch to a bow and arrow. You should be aware that the bow does not have endless ammo and will run out eventually. The ammo available can be seen right at the bottom of the screen above the purple bar.

A Quincy has two buffs that can be utilized, as seen from the two different colored bars at the bottom of the screen. The first one, Blut Vene, provides a 50% Damage Reduction to the player. This is very useful in boss battles as it allows you to stay alive for a much longer period while dealing damage.

Pressing the U key switched to Blut Arterie, which is the second available buff. This boosts the player’s damage quite significantly. A good tip for restoring these bars is to switch to the other buff allowing the other to regenerate. Hence, if your focus is on damage reduction, then switch to Blut Arterie to allow Blut Vene to regenerate.

Speed

As a Quincy, your character will naturally have more speed, so it is recommended to equip skills such as Flashstep to allow for faster traversal.

Skills such as Flashstep are naturally better for the Quincy class as compared to the other classes.

As a Quincy, you have a lot of versatility in your plays. For ranking up, participate in as much missions as possible using the Mission Board.
