The horror Roblox game of Underwater Company brags the same horror you get when you first step your foot into the facility in Lethal Company.
This guide aims to prepare you for the unknown, so you can survive as you dive tens of feet underwater. We’re going to share strategies to help you achieve quotas and more.
All to become a great asset for the company. On the topic of great asset, here’s how to not let crashing in Lethal Company be holding you back on your mission.
Complete Beginner’s Guide
This is going to be a beginner’s guide entailing everything about the game. But with this kind of game, we definitely suggest that you experience the game blind. Feel the excitement first for the maximum fun!
Basic Mechanics
You have the basic WASD to move around and the third-person view of your character. Similar to Lethal Company:
- Press G (Controller: Y) to drop items.
- Press Shift (Controller: B) to sprint.
- Press Control (Controller: L3) to crouch.
- Left-click (Controller: R2) to attack.
When you’re going to locations, you can pick a contract. Here’s where there’s a main difference to Lethal Company. The deeper you go, the higher the loot in each contract.
There’s also something called a Modifier. This is a factor that can increase the loot amount in the game. The worse the situation (Infested), the better the gain.
Each map functions similarly–if you go straight ahead, you’ll generally find the way in. There are also quick teleport buttons sometimes that immediately sends you in.
Sell the scraps by placing them on the big white-marked box area and then leave. The creature will eat everything and kill you if you stay there.
Learn About The Creatures
Specifically, about creatures, we have the guide here: Underwater Company: All Creatures & Monsters Guide. You can also read about them at the Help under the Creatures section.
Now, what you need to know after knowing how to deal with creatures is that you don’t want to have to deal with them all the time. For the company, if you can avoid confronting them, avoid them.
Killing a creature doesn’t give you anything at all. If any, it may spell the death of the team if you die.
Tips & Tricks
- All doors start opened.
- Sell only the quota. Quota keeps going up as you continue in the game. What you need to do is to stack as many loot as possible and keep as much loot as you can. Beyond certain point, you can’t get the entire quota in 3 days.
- Overtime bonus means you don’t have to sell way too much!
- Get a shovel and/or flippers! This is a basic self-defense mechanic in the facility. While flippers let you run a lot faster and outrun a lot of creatures and explore a lot faster.
- This specific tip, however, might differ depending on what you’re aiming for. There are some extreme high-quota chasers who sell exactly quota, which may mean less than enough overtime bonus to buy any equipment.
- Lock out enemies in dead-end rooms. There will be multiple rooms where you can lock enemies in. Thornstars and Defense Bot are examples of annoying enemies you can lock out here.
- Communicate with the team. Where is the loot at if you’re full? Which rooms are locked out due to the enemies? What is your HP, is it low? This is going to also help with navigating if they know where you are.
- Practice navigational skill. Different teams and players have different methods of navigating through the facilities:
- Leaving trails of items on routes where you came from.
- Closing doors on routes after you’re done looting.
- Using Glowstick to create your own trails.
- Secure the loot! It’s pretty often for players to mess up a run because not enough players are ferrying
- Also, whenever you’re too scared to die remember: dying is free. You do get penalty depending on if you have money left, but that money does not go into the quota count. If there’s a 2% chance to get more loot, it’s worth the death.
And that’s the tips and tricks for Underwater Company Roblox game. Good luck to fulfilling your quota and keeping your job!
You said it will include everything on the game but, WHERE DA ENEMY SECTION, I want enemy descriptions and stuff
