There are many fun quests you can discover in the game. However, some feel more like doing chores.
The Spot Removal quest is one of those less-than-thrilling quests that sees you collecting ingredients for a fellow classmate. The classmate in question is Sacharissa Tugwood, and she wants you to find Bubotubers in the Forbidden Forest.
You can start the Spot Removal quest after you complete the High Keep Main Quest. Just talk to Sacharissa Tugwood in front of the Dogweed and Deathcap Shop.
This guide will show you where to find all five Bubotubers.
Bubotubers’ Locations

After speaking with Sacharissa Tugwood, head to the place marked on your map which will take you to the Forbidden Forest just north of Hogsmeade.
You can find the Bubotubers in the following locations:
First and Second Bubotubers

The first two can be found inside the Troll Lair, close to where the mission started.
However, you’ll first have to take down the Troll that lives there. If you are struggling to find the Bubotubers, use the Revelio spell to highlight them for you.
Third Bubotubers

The third Bubotuber is behind a large tree, which you will find after you leave the Troll’s lair through the Southwest entrance.
Once again, you can use Revelio to highlight it.
Fourth and Fifth Bubotubers

The final two Bubotubers can be found to the Northwest of the Troll’s lair. Simply follow the path northwest from where you found the Bubotuber behind the tree.
Once you have collected all Bubotubers, simply return to Sacharissa to complete her quest.
