Use SAM Sites to shoot down planes and get the Supply Drops
There are plenty of ways to get the Building 21 Key. Like all keys, you can get them from looting chests, defeating Juggernauts, and just randomly killing enemies and hope they drop something. However, there is a higher chance of getting keys, especially Building 21: Supply Drops.
Now to get Supply Drops, the best way to do so is by going to any SAM Site on the map and shoot down a plane. This will cause the plane to drop its Supply Drops for you to loot. Unfortunately, this means other players can loot it too, so you better hurry and reach it before you lose the key to other players.
