Kratos and Freya(and Mimir) embark on a journey to completely sever Freya’s ties to her marriage that connects her to Asgard. However, to achieve this you must find Feya’s Wedding Shrine hidden in the forest.

Finding the shrine won’t be easy. Kratos will encounter numerous enemies and obstacles for you to reach it. Luckily, this guide will help you reach Freya’s wedding shrine by revealing the location. Let’s dive in.

Where to Find Freya’s Wedding Shrine

Freya’s favor quest is called “Freya’s missing peace”. This quest is needed if you want Freya to feel at peace, completely severing her dark past and ties with Odin.

Players start off this quest rowing a canoe on a river. Keep rowing until you encounter this shore in the illustration below to progress through the quest.

Take note that the shore contains enemy creatures called nightmares. So be prepared to take a short fight when you land on shore.

Once you beat all of them, climb onto this bricked wall to progress through the quest.

Eventually, you will need to get up to a cliff, but it’s covered in vines. To get up you need to eliminate the vines using sigils.

Place two sigils connected to each other with one of them on the vines themselves. Afterward, throw your blades on the left one to burn all the vines.

Climb up the chain to reach the cliff. At the end of a cliff with be a runic symbol. Interacting with it will lead to the destruction of the rocky wall that blocks your way to the wedding shrine.

So, go back to your boat and keep sailing towards the unlocked route. After a while, you will reach the shore with a few enemy creatures on it.

Once you’ve eliminated them, climb the wall in front of you to get closer to the shrine.

Keep climbing the mountain until you reach an oval-shaped entrance covered in green vines. This is the entrance to the wedding shrine. Freya will then offer to open it herself, causing her to cash a magic spell on the entrance to eliminate the vines so you can freely enter the shrine.
