The Ancient Obelisk is one of the final challenges in a location in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Once successful, you are given rewards and will complete all challenges.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands – Where To Get The Ancient Obelisk In Sunfang Oasis
To get to the Ancient Obelisk, you will have to enter a sand cave which is located at the green icon below.
You will see the Ancient Obelisk in the middle of the area; it is also behind two statues.
After activating, you will first face enemies in the Coiled class, such as Spitters, Spearmaidens, Impalers, and the Badass Coiled Praetoria.
They are known for their speed, agility, and ability to attack from afar, so try to hit as accurately as possible.
Also, keep an eye on fires and different obstacles in the area.
Later on in the fight, you will face the main boss which is Oculus. His main weakness is from fire-based attacks, like spells and weapons.
Once he weakens, you will eventually conquer the Ancient Obelisk challenge in Sunfang Oasis.
Aside from the XP and Gold rewards, you will also be given items and other weapons.
