Go to The Azue Span, Upper Frostlands
You can find Fisherman Tinnak at The Azure Span in the Upper Frostlands.
But before you can slay Fisherman Tinnak, you will need to follow a trail that leads to Fisherman Tinnak first, starting with the first one here.
The next one can be found when you are approaching the frozen waterfall.
The last trail is found at the frozen waterfall.
After you are done investigating the last item, Fisherman Tinnak will spawn in, starting the fight.
