Sometimes you just get an item in a game and you have no idea how to use it. Maybe it’s a quest item that you can’t drop, and you have a laundry list of quests so you don’t know where to use it. Once you have this item it’s quite simple how to use it.
In the tower where you get the water, go to the second ‘floor’ of locked doors and find the one with a fish tank inside like the one shown above.
You can then interact with it and it’ll automatically use the Restorative Water on the fish tank!
