If you are a veteran or a beginner Wow player alike, something that you must know is that Addons are going to make your whole World of Warcraft experience a whole lot better. They are simple tweaks that will help you out a ton. In this guide, we will be giving you a list of the Best and Must-Have Addons. Let’s get started.

List Of Must-Have Addons For Dragonflight Pre-patch & Launch – WoW

Best UI Addons

The best addons for the interface.

Weakauras

The most important thing added to this game, that there are so many things you can do with it. You are able to tweak your settings however you want and change it up with countless of possibilities. Just give it a try and you’ll fall in love with it in no time.

Mouseover ActionBars

It’s pretty clear what it does, and you can change the timing and transparency of the bars. It’s nice if you don’t want a full action bar package like Bartender.

HealthBarColor

You can change the color of the health bar on the new unit frames to match the color of your class or any other color you want.

Advanced Raid Frame Settings

You can change the colors of the foreground and background separately. You can also change the texture, font, fade out transparency, and buff size.

OPie

This add-on lets you create radial menus that are linked to hot keys and to which you can add almost anything. You can add mounts, hearths, pots, oils, food, toys, etc.

Rare Dragon

As of the time I’m writing this, the UI Revamp in DF has replaced the dragon art around unit frames that shows rares with a simple icon. This addon adds the dragon back to the new unit frames.

Move Anything

As of the time this was written, the UI Revamp doesn’t let you move certain elements, so this should explain what it doesn’t do.

Plater Nameplates

If you want to take M+ to a high level, this is a must-have. It’s very flexible and lets you do things you didn’t know you needed but can’t live without once you have them.

Example: Showing an icon or changing the color of the bar when you cast a spell that can be reflected was a huge help on my fury warrior while I was pressing keys in SL.

Best Talent Tree Addons

The best addons that will help you out with the talents and make your life a whole lot easier.

HandyNotes Dragon Glyphs

This part of the HandyNotes add-on shows every Dragon Glyph on your map.

You may prefer to find all of the glyphs on your own by exploring and following the location clues in the achievement names. However, if you don’t want to do that and want to get all of the glyphs quickly at the beginning, this will be a big help.

Dragon Riding UI

This weak aura will hide the default user interface for riding a dragon and show a much more advanced one with more information. It can show speed, pitch, vigor, and cooldowns for abilities.

Talent Tree Tweaks

This addon makes it easy to import other players’ trees when you’re looking at them, and you don’t need them to give you a code. It also shows different IDs on the tooltip when you hover over talents, which can be very helpful when you’re making WAs.

Best PVP Addon

Helping you out in PvP situations.

Gladius

This add-on is very helpful in arenas. It lets you keep track of trinkets and different CDs, tells you when someone is drinking or has low health, and does a lot more.

Best Questing Addon

For leveling up and quests.

BtwQuests

It’s a very helpful add-on that helps you make sure you’re doing every questline and keeping track of how quests connect to each other. You can choose which expansions to load to make it lighter.

Best Raiding Addons

Since there are simply so many of them and more or less they provide you with the same things, we will just list them here and you can go ahead and check them out yourselves.

  • OmniCD – Party Cooldown Tracker
  • Dungeon Aura Tools
  • Details! Damage Meter
  • Raider.IO
  • M+ Adventure Guide
  • Big Wigs
  • Little Wigs
  • Vault of the Incarnates Aura

Some Other Good Addons To Use

Here are some other addons that you can give a try:

  • World Quest Tracker – quests
  • TomCat’s Tours – rares
  • RareScanner – rares
  • HandyNotes – rares
  • Fishing Buddy – profession
  • ScreenPlus – visuals
