As always there is something secret found in any new expansion that World of Warcraft has. In this case, there has been a very cool secret mount discovered but getting it will require quite a lot of fishing. In this guide, we shall be showing you what you will need to be doing in order to get the Otto Secret Mount. Let’s get started.
Otto Secret Mount Guide – Dragonflight – WoW
The new Mount Otto has just been released and here we shall present you with all of the steps so that you can get it much easier:
Step 1 – Golden Coin Of The Isles
For this one, you shall need to go to The Great Swag and then just purchase the Silver Coin. For this to happen you will need to trade silver coins for gold coins or trading in copper coins for silver coins for then a Gold Coin.
If you want to be getting these coins you will want to be fishing inside the Dragon Isles. That has proved to be the fastest and easiest way to obtain these types of coins, which then you can turn into Gold Coins.
Once you have the coins you will need to purchase an Immaculate Sac of Swag Treasures. Once you have this item you will be guaranteed to get the Aquatic Shades. This will be inside the Toy Box.

Step 2 – Bubble Bath Dance & Shades
This is the location where you will need to come to be able to actually find the Bubble Dance location. It will be just on top of the Obsidian Citadel.
Once you have the Aquatic Shades you will need to use them and take them to The Bubble Bath and then use them on you while dancing on the dancing pad for a total of 5 minutes.
After you have been dancing for 5 minutes straight and getting the debuffs, you will be teleported to the Hissing Grotto. You will see a Empty Fishing Barrel that will be placed in front of you. All that you have to do is pick it up.
Step 3 – Fishing
Now comes the fishing part. You will need to fill up this barrel and farm a total of:
- 100 Frigid Floe Fish – you can find it in the open waters in Iskaara
- 25 Calamitous Carp – found inside the lava that is around Obsidian Citadel
- 1 Kingfin the Wise Whiskerfish – fished from the open waters around the Algeth’ar Academy
Keep in mind that you have to do this in specific order. You will collect these fish as they are presented here one by one.
Step 4 – Quest
When you have collected all of these fish you will need to fill up the barrel and then just return back to the Hissing Grotto. Once you get back to him you will get a quest by the name of The Way to an Otto’s Heart.
You will now need to complete this quest which will be fairly simple and then you will end up getting the Otto Mount.
