Raid Lockouts Changes
Addressing the issue of reducing the amount of time players must do to run the same raid over the week, there has been a discussion amongst the team to change this.
Race and Faction Changes
Apparently, the Race and Faction change will not be available in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Although, the team is continuously exploring ideas to balance racial abilities.
Faction Imbalance
In Wrath of the Lich King, Wintergrasp and Vault of Archavon have massive issues regarding its faction imbalance. Currently, the team is finding ways to solve the populations issues that caused the imbalance.
Pre-Nerf and Post-Nerf Boss Encounter
As opposed to Burning Crusade where boss encounter nerf is important for player’s growth, there will be no Pre-Nerf and Post-Nerf boss encounter mechanics in the Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
Stopping Bots
There will be some improved right-click reporting mechanics to easily track down botters. This will stop hoards of farming alts all over the region.
Dual Talent Specialization
Although, changing specs in combat or during arena match will not be available, the developers want players to have a spec that balances roles. So, there will be no restriction with Dual Talent Specialization. This will allow players to have more freedom and be more fluid with their builds.
Pvp & Arena Changes
It is mentioned that the team is looking to introduce Ring of Valor in Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
