Undawn – Where To Get Common Flax Fibers & Flaxseed

Gathering resources in Undawn is an important task for any players looking to progress into the game. With resources, you will be able to craft more items which will assist you in various tasks. There are so many items in the game that you need to gather in their own unique locations.

This is why some items can be difficult for you to find since there are so many locations to memorize. One of those new items new players struggle to find are the Flax Fibers. In this guide, we will provide you with instructions on how you can obtain the Common Flax Fibers and Flaxseed.

Where To Get Common Flax Fibers & Flaxseed

You can obtain Flax Fibers & Flaxseed in many regions, one of them being the Redwood Forest. First, you will need to go to the region. Then, as you move around, always pay attention to your minimap. What you want to do next is to look for the Green Leaves icons. These leaves icon will indicate the location of the Flax Fibers. In the image down below, you will know how the icon looks once you get into the game. 

You will eventually see some small bushes with some blue flowers growing out of them. That is the Common Flax Fibers which you can commonly find in the beginner worlds. To collect them, simply use your interaction key and pick them up. Upon collecting this material, you will have an uncommon chance of also getting a Flaxseed. You will also gain some Resource Efficiency Points.

These Flax Fibers and Flaxseeds also spawn in other Forest areas and you will be able to find them quite easily as you move around in these forest regions. In this guide, we have provided you with the Redwood Forest as an example, since it is the best location for beginners since they already have access to it.
