Grinding quests in video games can be boring and monotonous, not only because it’s repetitive but sometimes it’s hard to find them. In Arcane Lineage, there’s not really a minimap to help you go around, so you’ll have to find the quests yourself. This can be tough since there’s a lot of NPCs in the game that don’t give you one.
In this guide, we’ll show you all of the quests that give you Orderly or Chaotic as well as the Neutral ones. Now, let’s see where these pesky quests are!
All Quest Locations Orderly & Chaotic
Most of the quests in Arcane Lineage can be found in the town, but some of them can be found in the desert or Deeproot Canopy areas. All quests are divided into either Neutral, Orderly or Chaotic. The Neutral quests don’t give you any Orderly or Chaotic but does give you loot.
The Orderly or Chaotic quests however are the quests you’ll want to grind. That’s because some of the Super Classes later in the game require you to be either Orderly or Chaotic. Doing the appropriate quests repeatedly will get you there. You can check our guide on Super Classes for more information!
Sage Core Quest – Neutral
The Sage Core Quest is the first one on the list and it’s near the starting area in the starting town. Just look for the NPC shown below at the bottom of a set of stairs.
Guide Quest – Neutral
The next quest is the Guide quest and this one can be found under a lamp post just next to the starting area. This is probably one of the first NPCs people talk to.
Package Delivery – Orderly
Near the Trader is another quest and is the first Orderly quest in the list. This is the Package Delivery quest and you can use the image below for reference.
Health Potion Quest – Orderly/Chaotic
The next quest is the first quest that you can either do for Orderly or Chaotic depending on the choices you make in the quest. The Health Potion Quest can be found in the potion trader building in the starting town.
Rescue Quest – Orderly/Chaotic
For the next quest in the list we’ll be going to the Ruins in the Desert. It’s fairly easy to get here, just go to the Desert area and follow the path until you reach the Ruins. The Rescue Quest is another Orderly or Chaotic Quest you can do.
Murder/Kill Quest – Chaotic
Now we’re going to the Deeproot Canopy, in the Westwood Heart which is the town built on the tree trunks of the forest. Once you use the lift go forward and you’ll find the first two Chaotic only quests nearby. One is a Murder and one is a Kill quest, which are basically the same. The Murder Quest is from a NPC sitting on a Ledge, the other one is shown below.
Crylight Needed Quest – Orderly
For the Orderly players out there you can also get Orderly only quests in this area. Go find the building shown below and go inside and down the stairs.
There in the corner of a room you’ll find the Crylight Needed Quest.
Ingredient Help – Orderly
The last quest in the list is the Ingredient Help quest. This one is a bit harder to find. From the building of the Crylight Needed Quest, go forward across the bridge to a circle of houses. Then go forward again to another set of circle of houses, in one of the smaller houses there is the quest giver. This game really needs a minimap!
