When you play Dungeons and Dragons with your friends, the first thing you would usually invest in is a good set of dice. Up next would be a bigger table or an air-conditioned room. In Baldur’s Gate 3, you can almost do the same, but only to your dice sadly.

How to Change Dice Skin

To change the skin of your D20 die in Baldur’s Gate 3, you have to perform an action. This action can either be picking a lock, a saving throw, or anything where your dice pops up on the screen.

If you’ve been supporting the game ever since the dark ages then you would already have access to different dice skins aside from the default Scuffed Metal that the game provides you with. You can also access these skins if you bought the Deluxe Edition on Steam.

Instead, you have to perform an action that will bring up your dice. Once that happens, the customization screen for your dice will appear on the lower left side of your screen.

From there, you can change the appearance of your dice in any way you like. Depending on what version of the game you have, you’ll have more options to choose from aside from the Scuffed Metal. You also have mods to look forward to if the options available aren’t to your liking. So you have that to look forward to!
