The Misfortune Mutator is a melee mutator in Remnant 2 that you can get by entering the right door during the Jester event. Locked behind a specific card choice, here’s how you can get this specific mutator in the game.
How To Get Misfortune Mutator
The Misfortune Mutator is a melee mutator that adds damage to negative effects on enemies. It increases Melee damage by 55 for each unique Negative Status the target is suffering from. It also adds Slow for 2s on charge melee attacks at level 10.
What you need to do is to first teleport to the Malefic Palace in Losomn. Then ride up the elevator located after the stairs to meet the Jester. The Jester will start shuffling a deck of 5 cards and you only have one chance to recognize the cards.
Note the Devil Card, which is the one with two horns. After shuffling the cards, they will flick to the wall and turn into a door one by one. The door’s location is different for everyone at the end, so just pay attention to the shuffling.
Go inside and trigger the boss fight by opening the empty chest. After winning the fight against First: The Oathkeeper, you’ll get the Misfortune Mutator!
