The Burden of the Follower Ring is located at Yaesha, Endaira’s End. And it is not a difficult item to find. However, since a lot of things in Remnant 2 is RNG based, the location of the ring may vary for each player.
But basically, go around the map until you find a statue with the hole in the floor next to it. If there isn’t that in your map re-roll and try again.

When you reach the Endaira’s End, go through the entrance on your right.
You will fall down in another area, go up the stairs from there. After that, turn right and you will see a purple glow right next to the rope ladder.
Walk up to it and you will see that it is the Burden of the Follower Ring. Simply pick it up to obtain the item.
