Gargarin can be found inside of the Alpha Centauri System. You can find the bar in the back of the landing, there’s only one bar in the city and that’s the one where Lizzy Alejo is. As soon as you land, walk up the stairs, follow the path and turn right once.

Another flight of stairs will inconvenience you along the way. Head down the stairs and keep going straight. You’ll find a short narrow path at the end of the catwalk with red lights illuminating the way. That’s where you can find the bar.

The bar also has a lower level that has better lighting which can be accessed from the town square. If you wish to access that area then turn right instead when you see a ramp.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
