An anomaly is invading your house, and now you have to hide until morning and survive the night! The Roblox game Residence Massacre does a great job of frightening its players and keeping them on edge. While the standard version of the game is already pretty scary, there is also a mode called Bloodmoon. In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to beat Bloodmoon easily in Residence Massacre.

How To Beat Bloodmoon Easily
The difference between the Bloodmoon mode and the standard version of the game is that the eyes of the anomaly (Larry) change to red. And he runs much faster than usual.
The atmosphere of the game also becomes much more frightening as the sky turns to a reddish color, and there is a different music to set the mood. Additionally, Larry got a Pathfinder update recently. This means that he will be able to find you anywhere in your plot.
Moreover, the generator runs much faster and the players need to refill it a couple of times so as to not die from lack of oxygen.
The Bloodmoon Mode is only available after you obtain the Survivor Badge by completing the game without dying. Once you do that, you can head to the lobby and go to the left side of the factory to arrive at the Bloodmoon spawn lobby.
Completing this mode without dying will also give you the Bloodmoon Badge, but only a few players have this badge at the moment as the mode is definitely not easy to beat. But, we are going to try to show you the easiest way possible.
Prepare for the Night
The game will begin at 4 PM as usual, and you will have a short amount of time to get everything you need. After getting inside the house, turn on the radio and immediately start looking for the items you need.
First, check out the drawers to find a Flashlight. The house will get very dark at night and you will not be able to see anything without using your flashlight.
After that, go upstairs and start barricading your windows. You will find the planks you need there but do not forget to barricade each window in the house. Your chances of surviving will not be too high if you don’t barricade the ones downstairs as well.
Using only one plank for each window is a better choice than using two or three for one window.
It is true that one plank is easier to break through, but it is better than leaving some windows without barricades. This way, you can also leave some extra planks in case you need to barricade some windows again.
Also, keep your eyes open for other items as well, you can never have too many items with you. You will especially need to find batteries for your flashlight. Unfortunately, its battery won’t last forever without some extra batteries. You will need to find a wrench for the Electrical Box too.
It might be harder to see your surroundings in the Bloodmoon Mode as the weather is not be sunny as in the standard mode of the game. But, we do not recommend you turn on too many lights at that moment because it will cause the Electrical Box to overheat, and you will need to waste your time on fixing it.
You can still turn on the lights in one of the rooms you desire though. Your bedroom might be a good choice for this.
Once you barricaded each window, it is time to go and refill your Generator until midnight. You probably remember where the generator is located. But in case you don’t, you will find it inside a little building at the back of your house.
You should refill the generator with Gasoline and make sure that it does not reach 0 during the night. Each gasoline you put into the generator will fill the tank by 30%.
Make sure to leave it at 100 when the clock hits 12 AM.
Survive the Night
Once the clock hits 12 AM, your objective will change to Survive the Night. If you are outside at that moment, go inside your house right away.
Try to check out your windows rapidly and repeatedly to not miss the anomaly. It is okay to not use your flashlight much as you will need it to keep it alive until morning. Larry’s eyes will shine in the dark and you will notice him regardless.
If you do, turn on your flashlight and point it at his face to stop him from breaking your barricade and entering inside the house. You can also turn on the light in your room, but it will trigger him to go and break the Electrical Box if you do it too much. Try to find a balance between the two methods.
It won’t be easy to keep him outside until morning, especially if you are playing the mode solo, but you should still try to stop him as much as you can.
Keep checking the windows but do not forget the generator as well. You might want to refill it at around 1 A.M. It is best to check out the generator hourly to avoid being suffocated from lack of oxygen.
Try to use as much gasoline as you can when you go to refill it, but do not spend too much time outside the house. You have the time to use two bottles of gasoline if you are quick enough.
Larry will get inside your house if you wait outside for too long.
If you hear a glass-shattering voice, this means that Larry broke one of your barricades and entered your house. In that case, you should try to avoid being seen by him as much as you can. Turning on lights will scare him away.
Once you scare him off, find out which window he broke through and fix the barricade. Keep repeating everything we mentioned until it is 6 A.M and the night is over.
How to Fix the Electrical Box
As we mentioned before, your Electrical Box might overheat and you might need to fix it to be able to use the lights in the house again. On top of that, Larry might break it before entering your house as well.
You will understand that the box needs to be fixed when you hear a noise and a sign on your screen.
In that scenario, all you need to do is to find a wrench and go to the box outside your house. Just follow the sign if you are having trouble finding its location.
Aside from having a wrench, you should also be careful with which wire to tap on. Click on the sparkling one to fix it. If you choose the wrong wire, you will get 25 damage and get shocked.
What to do when Larry Chases You
As much as we would love to hear that you never get caught by Larry until the morning, it is unlikely to happen. You might spend too much time outside, or he could just decide to break your Electrical Box and break inside.
In that case, you should try to run away from him as much as you can. Do not make yourself stuck in small places while you do that. Turn on your flashlight and keep charging it with your batteries to make sure it does not die in the middle of the chase. It will end eventually as you keep doing this.
You can also try to slam the doors behind you to gain some time, but do not let it get close to you because it won’t work that way.
Do not risk yourself to do the last method if you do not have to. Remember that Larry runs faster than usual in the Bloodmoon mode.
