There are a lot of cool ships that you can find in Starfield and even more when you start making your own designs. For those who want to get a good ship at the start of the game, you have limited options due to your resources and progression in the story. There’s one ship though that you can get pretty early in the game that’s amazing when obtained that early. That ship is the Razorleaf.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to get the Razorleaf ship in the game. This is one of the best ships you can get when you’re just starting off. Now, let’s see where you can find it!
How To Get Razorleaf Ship | Best Starting Ship
When you’re going through the main campaign of the game, you’ll be tasked in going to the Nova Galactic Staryard.
This staryard is in the Sol System which is our own solar system in real life where earth is! Make sure to go check up on Earth and see if our planet’s okay. Back to the Nova Galactic Staryard, that’s the place we’ll need to go to get a certain item.
That certain item is called “Secret Outpost!” and it can be found on the corpses of the Spacers in the Staryard. You can check the images above for the location of the staryard and the one below to see the spacer that has it.
Using this item will unlock the Mantis side quest that you’ll need to follow. Continue through the quest until you reach the lair of the Mantis which is an underground bunker. This quest is pretty linear so don’t worry about branching paths or anything.
Near the end of the bunker is a puzzle that you’ll need to solve. There are buttons on the floor with letters on it. You’ll need to step on the right buttons with the right letter to go through.
The answer to this puzzle is: T-Y-R-A-N-I-S. Follow those letters and get to the end of the area.
Going through some more enemies, you’ll see the area shown below. This is where the Razorleaf ship is parked. Below the ship is a terminal you can use to get the ship by raising it up to the surface. That’s how you get the best Starting ship in the game!
