Assassin’s Creed Mirage is an action-adventure game where you go on missions and complete different objectives. As you progress, you’ll do many of the required tasks to prove your expertise as the most versatile assassin.
The Steal the Ledger is part of the Master Thief of Anbar questline. During this mission, you’ll learn the basics of free-running, going stealth and utilizing other controls. Some of the players may get stuck on their first few tries, and we’re here to help you with some simple steps.
Steal the Ledger | Master Thief Of Anbar
The Steal the Ledger is one of the objectives of the Master Thief of Anbar quest, after the part where you learn to perform pickpocketing.
During this mission, you’ll hear two different guards talking about the ledger which you need to steal.
As you do the quest, you’ll also be introduced to a system, which is the detection meter. This lets you whether the NPCs or enemies are aware of your presence.
This means that during the mission, you will have to do your tasks completely in stealth, avoiding their detection.
There is also a new feature for you to know about, which is the eagle vision. Once you toggle this feature, you will be able to view all of the nearby NPCs through walls.
You will then be able to see one guard inside the building with a key symbol, indicating that you will need to find him.
In order to get to the guard, you’ll have to be able to go into his one specific room. However, as you go along the buildings, you will find that all doors and windows have been locked.
Instead, you’ll want to find a different approach on how you can get into the building.
The only thing you can do is to get to the front entrance of the building. In order to get there, you can try climbing along the walls to avoid being detected by guards that are on the sides of the building.
After that, you’ll want to sneak behind the haybales in front of the entrance.
You can not remove the guard in public, instead, you can use the Whistling ability to attract him towards you.
On your screen, you’ll also be able to see the game’s instruction on how to do it with a key indication customized for the platform or device you play on.
After you have whistled, the guard will start walking towards the bush you’re in to investigate. Once he is in close range, you can then press R1/RB to secretly eliminate your enemy.
When you are in tall grass, you’ll immediately hide a body after performing a takedown.
After that, go inside the building and head towards the left side. You will then be able to see some ladders which you can climb on.
Once you’re on the second floor, you’ll be able to see the guard who is holding the key. You can then assassinate him to pick up his key.
Nearby, you will be able to see a Window, which you can Unbar to escape. Once you are out, immediately use for Eagle Vision.
This will allow you to see whether there are any nearby guards that you will need to watch for.
After you jump out of the window, head towards your left. You will then be able to see a guard which is guarding the area.
He will sometimes move around to investigate, so you can sneak up on him and take him down. You can also hide his body in the nearby bushes.
After that, keep heading towards your left side and climb up the walls. When you use your Eagle Vision, the locked door will shine yellow.
This indicates the exact door that you will need to open. As you open the door, pay attention to your surroundings as well.
Inside of the building, you will be able to see a lot of resources as well as the Ledger. The Ledger is on a nearby table, which you can interact with to collect after a short duration.
There is also a chest nearby which you want to collect to get some extra resources.
You can then return to Dervis and complete this part of the mission. This part of the Master Thief of Anbar quest is relatively easy to complete as long as you utilize all of the controls given to you in previous quest. As you complete the objectives, pay attention to your surroundings by using your Eagle Vision, which can greatly help you avoid tough situations.
